Meeting Space Requests
GAMA has reserved space in our LAMP programming for your company to host a variety of events in conjunction with the conference. The space at the hotel will be assigned on a first- come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. Please select your company meeting space needs from the options below. Please note that no space will be released during scheduled LAMP events.
- Please duplicate and submit a separate request for each event
- Affiliate events cannot be held over official LAMP events.
- Once the event has been approved, your request will then be forwarded to the hotel and the hotel will contact you directly for your meeting requirements.
- Your organization is responsible for payment of any charges for catering, audio visual, etc. You will need to provide billing information directly to the hotel for these charges.
- All participants at affiliate events must be registered for LAMP 2020.
GAMA policy does not permit the scheduling of functions during our Main Stage Events. Those times are as follows:
- Monday, March 23 9:30 am – 11:30 am & 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
- Tuesday, March 24 9:30 am – 11:30 am & 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
- Wednesday, March 25 8:30 am – 10:30 am
