Booth Space Fees
Booth Cost
Booths are $5,000 per 10’ x 10’ space.
Additional Space Cost
Additional linear 10’ x 10’ space is $4,500 per booth.
Island Booth
Island space costs $6,000 per booth. Islands are a minimum of four booths and are limited in location and availability.

Single Internet Hard Line = $500/Line (special GAMA pricing)
Booth Space Assignment
Booth space assignment for LAMP will begin September 2019 and are assigned as follows:
Spaces will be assigned to Resource Partner Program members first, with booth selection order determined by membership level, contract sign date and booth availability. For more information about the Resource Partner Program, contact, Ellen Devine, at devine@aalu.org.
After all Resource Partner Program members have reserved their booth spaces, booth selection will open for LAMP 2019 exhibitors followed by all new exhibitors (LAMP ’19 exhibitors receive priority booth selection over first-time exhibitors).

*Exhibitor set up must be completed by 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2020. Violators of this policy will be fined $500. Booth priority selection is also subject to revocation the following year.
**No portion of any exhibit may be dismantled and/or removed before 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Violators of this policy will be fined $500.
***All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit hall by 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
